Rio 2016: Refund informatie afgelaste races

Onderstaand de informatie hoe gebruik kan worden gemaakt van een refund! En een link naar het formulier dat hiervoor moet worden ingevuld.

– No on-site rufunds are available at any official Rio 2016 box office or ticket center.

– Refunds may only be made to the original Purchaser, not to the Ticket Holder, and only for the face value amount paid.

– Refunds are made via the same payment method used to purchase the Ticket, or as otherwise authorised by Rio 2016.

– To request a refund you must complete the refund application form at: https://ingressos.rio2016.com/reembolso
